+ HANDLING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS: For longest lasting results, sweaters should be washed inside out, without fabric softener and dried on low heat.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Unless obvious product defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges because the shirts are made to your specific order. (Please do not hesitate to reach out to see if we can resolve the issue.)
• Cancellations and refunds are allowed IF the production of an order has not been started yet - please make sure you request a cancellation as soon as possible.
• Meet/Pick up is available to local residents surrounding Elizabethtown, KY. Otherwise, all items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless Priority upgrade is chosen at checkout. Tracking number is provided on all orders once shipped. Insurance is not included, however, if you would like to add insurance to your package, please message us PRIOR to making your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
